We will register your application and provide you with a Product Return Authorization Number (PAN) and return address. You can return the item using Omniva parcel machines, Latvijas Pastas or any other courier service.

The Buyer shall bear the shipping costs for returning the product.

After receiving the goods, we will transfer the purchase amount to the bank account number you provided. This 30-day money-back guarantee does not affect your consumer rights under the law.
