When making a purchase, choose the nearest Omniva parcel machine and be sure to provide the correct mobile phone number, to which you will receive a text message with the parcel machine opening code. The parcel is stored in the parcel machine for 7 days. If you do not collect the parcel by the end of the storage period, it will be returned to our warehouse.

How to use laundry bags?

Place the shoes in a washing bag and put them in the washing machine. Add a washing capsule or powder detergent and choose a low temperature or gentle cycle for washing. Always wash with water temperature below 40°C. If the shoes contain plastic materials, it is recommended not to wash them with the bag.
